Опис вакансії

Goal: To source, screen, and deliver top-tier candidates for 3 critical positions in a growing IT service business.

Your Responsibilities:

Active Sourcing: Find candidates via LinkedIn, job boards (Work.ua, etc.), and professional communities.
Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial 15−20 min intro calls.
Vetting: Verify hard/soft skills, «cultural fit,» and English proficiency.
Scheduling: Book final interviews directly into the CEO’s calendar only for the «top 5%» candidates.
Communication: Handle feedback and rejections to maintain a positive employer brand.

Requirements:

Proven experience in IT recruitment (SaaS/Service background is a plus).
Ability to accurately assess English levels.
Fast-paced, result-oriented mindset.
