HR Manager / Driver Recruiter — Trucking Company based in USA
The Role
Source, screen, and hire qualified CDL truck drivers in a fully remote capacity. You will own the full recruiting cycle and represent our brand to driver candidates in USA.
What You’ll Do
- Source CDL-A drivers via, social media, and referrals
- Screen applicants, verify credentials, and conduct phone interviews
- Coordinate background checks, MVR reviews, and drug testing
- Partner with operations to align on hiring needs and timelines
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years of CDL/truck driver recruiting experience
- Working knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations
- Strong communicator — comfortable recruiting over phone and text
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
