• We partner only with 7- and 8-figure sellers (and bigger). Translation: great products, solid budgets, and zero «why is my CPC $5?» or «why touching that picture, it already looks perfect.»

Your role

• Full ownership of Amazon Ads strategy across assigned brands (SP, SB, SD — and DSP where applicable)
• Structure accounts for scale: portfolios, naming conventions, budgets, automation logic
• Decide when to test, when to scale, and when to kill campaigns
• Work closely with Account Managers & creatives to influence listings, images, A+ and offers
• Build repeatable frameworks, not just «optimize yesterday’s ACOS»

What we’re looking for

• Strong English skills (B2+ written & spoken)
• Proven experience managing high-spend Amazon Ads accounts (mid-5 to 7-figure annual ad spend)
• Experience building scalable account structures (not just optimizing bids)
• Strategic & Analytical mindset (you don’t just download reports, you crunch the numbers and establish cause-and-effect relationships)
• Deep knowledge of Amazon Ads Console
• Passion about Excel/Google Sheets
• In-depth understanding of Amazon SEO
• Experience with analytical tools like Helium10 & DataDive
• AMC Knowledge/DSP experience = big plus
• Walmart experience = also a plus
