Project Operations Manager (Process Builder / Founder’s Right Hand)

Remote | Long-term | PST overlap

We are hiring a Project Operations Manager to work directly with the Founder of a growing US-based affiliate marketing company.

This is not a typical project management role.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of operations, build a structure from scratch, and turn a fast-moving, chaotic environment into a scalable system.

If you’ve ever walked into a messy business and thought, «I know exactly how to fix this,» — this role is for you.

🚀 What You’ll Actually Do

You will become the operational backbone of the company, working across all functions (affiliates, sales, finance, contractors).

  • Turn the Founder’s ideas into clear execution plans, workflows, and systems
  • Build and optimize SOPs, internal processes, and operational structure from scratch
  • Set up and manage CRM, dashboards, reporting systems, and documentation
  • Identify chaos, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies — and fix them proactively
  • Bring clarity and accountability across the team (affiliates, sales, contractors)
  • Own execution: follow up, track progress, and ensure things actually get done
  • Structure internal communication and create predictable workflows instead of firefighting
  • Support decision-making with data, structure, and clear visibility

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

This role is for someone hands-on, structured, and obsessed with making things work better.

  • 3−5+ years of experience in operations/project operations/startup environments
  • Background in SaaS, IT/product companies, performance marketing, or affiliate marketing
  • Proven experience building processes from scratch (SOPs, CRM, dashboards, workflows)
  • Strong operational mindset — you don’t just manage tasks, you design systems
  • Experience working in fast-paced, unstructured environments
  • Ability to work closely with a Founder and translate ideas into execution
  • Strong ownership and accountability — you act like an operator, not a coordinator
  • Excellent English communication

⚡ Nice to Have

  • Experience in affiliate marketing / Pay-Per-Call / lead generation
  • Experience working with US-based companies or teams
  • Understanding of sales funnels, tracking, or performance metrics
  • Experience scaling small teams (5−15 people)
