Position: Business Analyst

Business Analyst role requires a proactive and meticulous individual with independent

and critical thinking. We are looking for a person who looks broadly at the project and

deeply into each problem and steps in to raise it and offers ideas and solutions. This

person is always focused on solving (better preventing) the problem. Whatever the aim

requires — analyzing multiple of documents, writing business requirements, spending

hours on calls with SME to clarify details, writing a query, educate customers' personnel,

building a rocket — the BA will do, ask how to do, learn how to do, or find the right person

to do it.

Description of responsibilities:

• Translate complex business ideas into clear technical requirements
• Get involved in all aspects of business intelligence and data analysis
• Drive models' tuning and achieving customers' automation goals; proactively look for

faults in the implementation and suggest improvements

• Work with data scientists' team on problem analysis
• Preparing dataset tagging instruction and working SME tagging team on datasets

creation

• Develop and maintain documentation
• Travel for trainings and meetings when needed

Qualifications/Experience:

• Written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate level)
• An ability and willingness to learn new skills. If you don’t have the below nice-to-haves,

you must be able to learn them when they become necessary in a project

• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to translate from

business description to technical requirements

• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Quickly adapting, with ability to concentrate on multiple tasks in a dynamic work

environment, capable to work under stress

Nice to have but we ready to coach:

• Written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate level)
• Experience in data analysis
• Experience in client communication
• Technical skills including Internet/Web -technologies, SQL, MS Excel with the ability

to query large and complex databases

• Experience of using reporting tools (Tableau, etc)
