Safety Manager in Logistics

CONNEX TRANSPORT LLC is looking for a SafetyRepresentative, with a strong understanding of FMCSA rules and regulations.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SAFETY REPRESENTATIVE WITH WORK EXPERIENCE, ONLY!

The duties are:

• Perform new driver screening process
• Manage driver qualification files — DQF, monitor & update compliances
• Assist drivers with day-to-day issues/questions
• Audit HOS reports daily — overview of form and manner violations
• Monitor drivers' daily safety performances.
• Update and monitor truck & trailer files (Registrations, DOT Annual inspections, Insurance, etc.)
• Coach, counsel and deliver corrective action to drivers as necessary

Skills:

• English on a level Intermediate

• Motivated personality
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of Safety regulations
• Problem-solving and decision making skills

Working hours:

• From 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM Monday to Friday.
