Job Description:

As an HR/Recruiting Specialist at Ameriland Transport, you will play a pivotal role in our team’s success. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and hiring talented individuals, facilitating their seamless onboarding, and ensuring their successful completion of the trial period with outstanding results. In addition, you will spearhead the recruitment of truck drivers from various sources, strategically contributing to our company’s growth as planned. Your dedication to ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively will be essential in maintaining our operational excellence. Some of the Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: You’ll be responsible for finding and hiring employees who successfully complete their trial period with excellent results.
• Onboarding and Training: Your focus will be on seamlessly integrating new employees, improving retention, and providing comprehensive training to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Workplace Management: You’ll help establish workplaces that enhance productivity and efficiency for our team.
• Performance Tracking: Maintain records of employees' work history and performance evaluations to support effective performance management and development.
• Driver Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective driver recruitment strategies to consistently attract qualified candidates and meet the company’s hiring needs.
• Driver Advertising and Outreach: Promote job ads widely, engage with potential drivers, and reach out through various channels to promote job opportunities.

Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, recruiting, or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully hiring and onboarding employees.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to engage effectively with potential candidates and team members.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and ensure smooth onboarding and workplace management.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively a remote team environment, aligned with Central Standard Time.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST)
• Equivalent to 16:00 to 00:00 Ukraine time

Compensation: Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.

Start Date: Immediate availability preferred.
