HR Generalist / Recruiter Position at MUSK Construction

MUSK Construction is a home improvement and construction company providing high quality end-to-end residential renovation services in the San Francisco Bay Area (Silicon Valley) in California, USA. Our company has been operating on the market for more than 7 years.

We provide our customers with turnkey repair solutions. We have an official license as a general contractor in the USA. Furthermore, we often do projects for employees of Tesla, Apple, Facebook, Netflix and other large companies. We have standardized production processes and introduced a convenient task accounting system.

Requirements:

1) Minimum of 2 years experience in Recruitment at various levels

2) Excellent spoken and written English B2 or C1 level. Experience interacting with English-speaking employees.

3) Ability to work according to the California time zone (PST -7).

4) Experience working with American companies.

5) Ability to work with a large volume of data and documents.

6) Proven achievements in previous HR- related positions.

7) Experience hiring remote workers worldwide (Europe, Asia, USA)

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze the labor market and develop new methods for talent acquisition.

2. Hire productive employees according to an approved plan.

3. Organize the recruitment process, evaluate applicants, and conduct interviews.

4. Organize a trial week, monitor the probationary period, and oversee employee adaptation and training.

5. Proficiently manage personnel documentation.

Job Type: Full-time, remote, online.
