About the Role

Clovo is building a next-generation prehabilitation and rehabilitation mobile app to support patients preparing for surgery and cancer treatment.

We are looking for an AI Content Engineer to join us on a full-time contract, working exclusively on Clovo. You will work closely with the founding team and take ownership of how audio and video content is created, refined, and scaled across the platform.

This is not a traditional content creator role. It is a systems-focused, AI-native role where you will design and operate repeatable content pipelines using modern AI tools, while maintaining a high bar for quality, consistency, and tone.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning Clovo’s AI-assisted content production systems end to end
• Producing high-quality guided audio content (mindfulness and exercise)
• Producing and refining short-form exercise video clips for mobile delivery
• Using AI tools to generate, iterate, and polish scripts, audio, and video
• Transforming raw exercise footage (provided) into consistent, premium visual outputs using AI tools
• Ensuring all content feels calm, supportive, and clinically appropriate
• Defining quality standards for voice, pacing, sound design, and visuals
• Documenting workflows so content creation can be repeated and scaled
• Continuously improving tools, prompts, and processes over time

Clinical direction, exercise selection, and raw footage will be provided.

You are responsible for execution quality, polish, and system design.

AI-Native Content Expectations

This role is explicitly AI-first.

You should be comfortable:

• Using LLMs to generate and refine scripts
• Working with AI voice tools to produce natural, consistent narration
• Using AI video tools to enhance and stylise short-form video content
• Combining multiple tools into a coherent, reliable production pipeline
• Reviewing and refining AI-generated outputs to meet a high quality bar

We care more about how you design and control the system than about any single tool.

Tools & Environment

You’ll likely work with a mix of tools such as:

• LLMs (e.g. GPT, Gemini)
• AI voice tools (e.g. ElevenLabs)
• AI video tools (e.g. Runway, Higgsfield, or similar)
• Audio editing tools (e.g. Descript, Reaper)
• Music and sound libraries (e.g. Envato, Suno)

Tooling is flexible. Ownership of the process and output quality is not.

Working Style & Commitment

• Full-time commitment (40 hours per week)
• Exclusive focus on Clovo
• Async-first working style
• Availability for overlap with UK working hours
• Comfortable joining short video calls when needed
• Clear, regular communication on progress and blockers

Contract Details

• Full-time contract role (remote)
• 30-day rolling contract, renewed monthly
• Contractor basis
• Monthly rate agreed in advance
• Clear goals set at the start of each contract period
