Safety, Driver Compliance Coordinator

(Full-Time, Par time Exclusive Position — USA Trucking Company)

Wayalife Trans Holding LLC, a U.S.-based trucking company, is hiring a highly experienced and detail-oriented Remote Safety & Driver Compliance Coordinator for a full-time, long-term position.

This role requires strong professional discipline, flawless English, and a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in U.S. trucking safety and compliance.

This is an exclusive full-time position. We do NOT consider candidates who work for other companies simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Driver Qualification Files (DQF)
• Lead the full driver hiring and onboarding process
• Verify all driver documentation (CDL, Medical Card, endorsements, work history, background checks)
• Handle Clearinghouse registrations, queries, and annual limited queries
• Coordinate Drug & Alcohol testing and Consortium communication
• Track and schedule Annual Inspections for each unit
• Monitor and renew:
  • CDL & medical certificates
  • Truck/Trailer plates
  • IRP, IFTA, UCR
  • Insurance certificates (COI)
  • Permits and regulatory documents
• Prepare internal documentation for compliance checks and DOT audits
• Communicate daily with drivers regarding safety, compliance, and documentation
• Maintain organized digital systems and accurate recordkeeping
• Work inside ProTransport (required)
• Requirements Minimum 2 years of proven experience in U.S. trucking Safety & Compliance Fluent / Excellent English-Russian-both written and spoken Full-time availability (exclusive) — no other jobs or side projects Advanced computer skills and experience working with: ProTransport (REQUIRED) FMCSA portals Clearinghouse Safety/Compliance platforms Strong understanding of FMCSA & DOT regulations Exceptional attention to detail, reliability, and accountability Ability to work independently, follow deadlines, and manage multiple tasks We Offer Full-time remote position Long-term, stable employment Professional support and clear internal systems Work with a focused, organized American trucking company
