Requirements

Experience & Expertise

• Proven experience in creating affiliate / performance marketing creatives — must-have
• 1+ year of experience as a designer in a crypto team
• Strong understanding of content uniquization approaches
• Understanding of Facebook / Google moderation triggers and methods of bypassing them
• High attention to detail: currency formats, language nuances, cultural specifics of GEOs, creative references
• Ability to deliver high-quality work fast in a dynamic environment

Tools

• Figma
• Photoshop
• After Effects / Premiere Pro
• AI tools for creative production (including deepfake platforms)

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Production of performance creatives: static banners, video ads, motion graphics, deepfake creatives
• Motion design & animation for high-engagement video formats
• Creation of offer-driven visuals, landing page graphics and banners aligned with marketing strategy
• Rapid A/B testing, editing, and adaptation for different GEOs, formats, and placements
• Close collaboration with media buyers, content teams, and analysts to achieve performance KPI
• Ability to write ad copy / voiceover scripts (including via AI tools) for testing and creative variations
