We are an early-stage startup working with a small, focused volunteer team. We value people who are proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

Role Purpose

We are looking for a Volunteer Fundraiser to support RoomReview’s funding and sustainability efforts. This role focuses on identifying funding opportunities, preparing materials, and helping us apply to relevant programmes such as grants, accelerators, incubators, and crowdfunding platforms.

You will work closely with the COO and senior team to help position RoomReview for funding and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and organise fundraising materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and supporting documents

• Research and identify relevant investors, partners, accelerators, incubators, grants, and mentorship programmes

• Track opportunities, deadlines, and application requirements

• Support applications to accelerators, incubators, and grant programmes

• Assist with exploring and preparing crowdfunding opportunities

• Maintain a structured list/database of funding opportunities and progress

Skills & Qualities

• Strong research and organisational skills

• Comfortable working with documents, decks, and structured information

• Interest in startups, social impact, or PropTech is a plus

• Clear communicator and able to work independently

• Detail-oriented and reliable with deadlines
