LinkedIn Outreach Specialist

We’re looking for a part-time LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to manage 1:1 conversations with prospects on LinkedIn. Your primary responsibility will be writing personalized messages, starting conversations, and moving qualified prospects toward booked calls or next steps.

This is not mass spam or automation. This role requires thinking, context, and strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Research prospects on LinkedIn (based on ICP and filters provided)

• Write highly personalized first messages (no templates copy-paste)

• Follow up naturally inside LinkedIn DMs

• Qualify inbound responses and move conversations forward

• Update simple tracking (Google Sheet or CRM)

• Collaborate with the founder on messaging improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience with LinkedIn outreach/lead generation

• Strong written English (clear, concise, professional)

• Ability to personalize messages based on role, company, and context

• Understanding of B2B communication tone

• High attention to detail

• Reliable and consistent availability

Nice to Have

• Experience booking calls from LinkedIn conversations

• Familiarity with Sales Navigator

• Background in B2B sales, marketing, or partnerships

Time Commitment

• 10−20 hours per week

• Flexible schedule

• Fully remote

Compensation

• Hourly or per-conversation/per-booked-call (to be discussed)

• Performance-based bonuses possible
