Опис вакансії

Requirements:

This is accounts receivable and payable for a US based trucking brokerage.
Requirements include experience with accounts receivable and payable.
High preference for experience in the transportation industry and understanding billing accessorials.
Extreme preference for familiarity with McLeod Software.

Work conditions:

This is a fully remote position work from home.
Requires good internet VPN to connect to our servers.
Target working hours are Monday-Friday from 6:30am-3:30pm Eastern US time zone.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include processing invoices from motor carriers to be paid to them — hundreds of shipments weekly by the team.
Also, processing the same number of invoices to our customers weekly so that they can pay us for each shipment.
Requires usage of multiple banking and payment portals including our McLeod TMS.
