About the role We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Office Manager who will support our daily office operations and help create a positive employee experience through internal events.
Location: Lviv
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management & Administrative Support
- Ordering office supplies, groceries and consumables
- Collecting and submitting monthly utility meter readings
- Coordinating with cleaning staff and monitoring office cleanliness and overall condition
- Managing basic office maintenance and organising repairs when needed
- Ensuring a comfortable and well-maintained work environment
- Supporting office-related budgeting and tracking expenses
Events & Employee Engagement
- Organising team buildings, corporate events and internal activities
- Coordinating the ordering, approval and production of company merchandise
- Collaborating with the HR Manager on processes related to the employee lifecycle and overall employee experience
Requirements: Experience & Background
- 6−12 months of experience in office management, event coordination
- Understanding of administrative processes and internal communications basics.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop in a multi-functional role
- English — Intermediate level
Professional Skills
- Confident user of Canva
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM / HRM systems

- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High level of responsibility and ownership
- Proactive approach and problem-solving mindset
