Business Data Analyst (AI-Powered Efficiency Architect)

Hi! I’m Bulat Barantaev, founder of Maskulo. We are a global niche brand of men’s gear (fetish, sports, and urban club culture). We are entering a high-tech growth phase, and I am looking for a Business Data Analyst who doesn’t just «process data» but uses it as a weapon for business efficiency.

I need a person who is bored by traditional reporting and is instead hungry to see their insights turn into real growth. I am looking for someone who sees the AI revolution not as a tool, but as a superpower that widens what a single brilliant analyst can achieve.

The Mission: Turning Data into Direction

At Maskulo, we don’t believe in «reports for the sake of reports.» Your work is irrelevant if it doesn’t lead to a better decision. You will have access to a rich, global database of 60,000+ customers from 100+ countries, and your job is to find the «hidden gold» within it.

You will be the central analytical brain, bridging the gap between raw data sets and creative marketing strategies.

Your Action-Oriented Responsibility Area:

• Global Affinity & Geo-Mapping: You won’t just look at sales; you’ll find the «Maskulo Lovers.» For example, calculating an Affinity Index to see which countries love us non-proportionally to their population, or mapping the top 50 postal districts worldwide that drive our peak revenue.
• Retail Intelligence (Berlin Flagship): You will cross-analyze our physical presence with our digital data. This means digging into the Berlin store’s hourly visitor counts, order frequency, and POS data to optimize our «Digital-to-Physical» bridge.
• Synergy with Promotion: You will work hand-in-hand with our Promotion Manager. You provide the Big Data segments (the «who» and «where»), and they execute the targeted ads. You are the navigator; they are the pilot.
• AI Implementation: You will leverage BigData (NotebookLM) and specialized AI Gems to find patterns in 11 years of sales history. You should be the person who says, «Bulat, the AI found a trend in Berlin that we can replicate in London—here is the plan.»
• The «So What?» Filter: Every piece of analytics you produce must end with a recommendation. You will see the direct impact of your work as Maskulo grows more efficient and responsive to our «Urban Hedonist» audience.

• The «House Owner» Spirit: You don’t wait for a task list. You identify a gap—perhaps a country we are ignoring or a time slot in the Berlin store that is underperforming—and you present the fix.
• Communicator & Disruptor: You are open to explaining complex concepts (attribution models, regression) in clear business narratives to the owner and colleagues.

Language & Team Culture

• English: High-level reading and writing literacy is a must. Speaking is almost never required.
• The Team: A compact group of ~10 high-level pros. 95% are Russian speakers.
