    Company Description

    We are small family owned Moving Company, based in Boston, MA, specializes in stress-free, efficient, and reliable moving services in Boston and surrounding areas.

    Job Description:

    What You’ll Do:

    You will be working remotely answering the phone calls:

    • Respond to inbound leads via text, email, call, and Messenger — no cold calls. Make rapport with customer, sell our moving service!
    • Qualify prospects and book them on the first call or through follow-up.
    • Provide accurate quotes for moving services using our CRM (training provided).
    • Overcome objections with confidence and urgency.
    • Maintain clear CRM notes and pipeline reporting.

    Salary:

    $5/h-$7/h depends on experience. 10h a day work hours preferred schedule.

    Plus commission + 2% off every sale you made (your yearly goal in sales is $500,000−750,000 or $10000−15000 in commissions). Unlimited earning potential- you close more leads- you make more money.

    We pay twice a month via wise or other convenient way.

    Work schedule: Monday — Friday. 8am-6pm New York time. Weekends-optional.

    Requirements:

    • Have 3+ years phone-based sales experience (not customer support, not technical support but SALES!!)
    • You are a proven closer! You are confident and can sell snow in the North Pole to anyone!
    • You have a QUIET workspace with WIRED internet connection on your PC and wired headphones.
    • You have a neutral American english accent
    • You are proactive, you don’t passively wait till someone tells you what to do. Add word «Tiger» at the end of the application.
    • You do not need to be supervised and micromanaged.
