IT Sourcer, Recruiter (DACH, Microsoft niche roles, Payment Leads Based)

We are looking for an IT Sourcer / Recruiter! INKUBIT is the partner for successful digital transformation with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. We are experts in BI and analytics solutions such as Power BI as well as Data & AI technologies such as Azure and Fabric. Your tasks:

• Focus on sourcing hard-to-fill, niche IT positions, mainly German-speaking specialists for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related roles.
• Build and maintain talent pools and candidate networks.
• Active search and approach of highly qualified IT specialists on LinkedIn, Xing, and other relevant platforms.
• Collaborate with the senior recruiter and hiring managers to ensure quality and relevance of candidates.
• Use modern recruiting tools and technologies (CRM, Expandi) to optimize sourcing efficiency.
• Contribute to the development and strengthening of the INKUBIT employer brand in the IT market.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting highly specialized IT professionals in a competitive market.
• Strong network in Microsoft-related technologies is a major advantage.
• Fluent English (C1-C2).
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and excited by challenging, high-stakes projects.
• Enjoys flexible, project-based work, focused on outcomes rather than hours worked.

Compensation:

This is a project-based role with high performance-based incentives.

Fixed payment only if qualified candidates are actively delivered to the senior recruiter.

Outcome-based bonuses per candidate:

• Qualified candidate submitted (approved by senior recruiter) -> 30 € -> Candidate meets job requirements and passes initial check
• Passed 1st interview -> 50−70 € -> Ensures candidate quality
• Passed 2nd interview -> 70−100 € -> Rewards persistence and accuracy in sourcing
• Hire -> 800−1000 € -> Highest incentive, main driver of motivation

Bonuses are cumulative: a candidate moving through all stages can generate ~€1000−1200.

Key performance indicators (KPIs):

• Number of qualified candidates delivered.
• Number of candidates progressing through interviews.
• Successful hires and retention in niche positions.
• Collaboration and responsiveness to senior recruiter guidance.
