PPC Manager, Specialist

We are a data-driven performance marketing consultancy scaling B2B startups (SaaS, Fintech, Professional Services) across the UK, US, and Europe. We focus on efficiency, CAC reduction, and «smarter growth,» not just higher spend.

We are looking for an experienced PPC Manager / Specialist to take full ownership of campaign performance. You will work independently on strategy and execution without the need for micromanagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Funnel Strategy: Plan and execute lead gen campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Optimisation: Manage budget pacing, maximise ROAS, and reduce CAC through daily optimisation.
• Technical Setup: Handle tracking, GTM, GA4 events, and troubleshoot pixel issues independently.
• Reporting: Deliver clear weekly updates with strategic insights, not just data dumps.

Requirements

• Language: Fluent or Native English is mandatory.
• Experience: 2−3+ years hands-on experience with a proven track record in B2B / Lead Gen (SaaS preferred).
• Tech Stack: Proficiency in GA4, GTM (setup & auditing), and Looker Studio.
• Mindset: High autonomy. You identify problems and fix them without waiting for permission.
