UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and UI design skills
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar)
• Understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and accessibility standards
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and interaction design is a plus
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to present and justify design decisions
• English proficiency — intermediate or higher

Nice to have (but not necessarily):

• Experience in mobile-first and responsive design
• Knowledge of prototyping tools (InVision, Proto.io)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Understanding of analytics tools for UX optimization

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to implement designs
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design standards
• Analyze user feedback and product metrics to improve the design
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices
