Business, Credit Analyst (Agri-Fintech)

Format: Office in Kyiv (51 Antonovycha Street, Olimpiiska metro station) Company: AgriAnalytica — a Ukrainian B2B SaaS company in the agri-fintech sector, expanding to international markets. We develop analytical dashboards, financial modules, and APIs for mobile application.

About the project

We are building a digital agri-fintech ecosystem for the international market, which includes:

• Mobile application for farmers and businesses
• Credit Scoring system
• Marketplaces

Your role

As a Business / Credit Analyst, you will:

• Design and improve credit scoring models
• Work with cash flow, financial indicators, and risk assessment
• Translate business and banking requirements into clear system logic
• Support the product team in building a scalable financial decision system

Responsibilities

• Collecting and analyzing requirements from stakeholders (product, business, partners)
• Documenting business processes, user flows, scenarios, and edge cases
• Working with data: validating calculation logic, building basic financial/mathematical models, and verifying results
• Analyze financial data (cash flow, revenue, costs, debt load)
• Define financial formulas and thresholds (e.g., DSCR, Debt/EBITDA, limits)
• Prepare business requirements for development (logic, calculations, rules)
• Participate in product discussions and help structure financial flows

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in banking / credit analysis / financial analysis
• Strong understanding of:
  • Cash Flow analysis
  • Credit risk assessment
  • Financial ratios
• Experience working with loan products / credit decisioning
• Ability to translate financial logic into structured requirements
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• English — Intermediate+

Nice to have:

• Experience in agriculture / agricultural holdings / agricultural lending
• Understanding of farm economics (yield, costs, seasonality)
• Experience with credit scoring systems or fintech products
• Experience working with data models / Excel / BI tools
