Junior QA/IT Support Specialist (Mobile Apps)

We’re a small product team building mobile apps with real users — and we’re looking for a Junior QA / IT Support Specialist to help us make the app better every day.

This role is great for students, junior QA engineers, or IT specialists who want hands-on experience with mobile applications, real bug reports, and direct communication with users.

You’ll be the bridge between users and the dev team: testing new features, spotting issues early, and helping users when they need support.

What we’re looking for

• Basic understanding of how mobile apps (Android / iOS) work

• Attention to detail — you notice when something feels «off»

• Ability to test apps manually and describe issues clearly

• Basic technical mindset (you don’t panic when something breaks 😄)

• Good written communication skills (English required; other languages are a plus)

• Willingness to learn QA basics, bug reporting, and support workflows

• Responsibility and empathy when communicating with users

What you’ll do

• Test new app versions before release (manual testing)

• Find, reproduce, and describe bugs clearly for developers

• Check UI/UX flows and edge cases

• Communicate with users via support channels (email / chat / store reviews)

• Help users with common issues and collect feedback

• Track issues and follow them until they’re fixed

Nice to have (but not required)

• Experience with QA tools (TestRail, Jira, Linear, etc.)

• Understanding of how APIs or backend systems work

• Previous experience in tech support or QA

• Interest in growing into QA Engineer / Product / IT role
