Email Marketing, Automation Trainee

We have offices in Ukraine, Norway, Portugal, and Thailand, and have worked with brands such as Mindvalley, Pfizer, BMW. We also partner with Google, Meta, Amazon, Shopify, Snapchat, and TikTok.

What You’ll do:

• Build and optimize email automation flows (Klaviyo, Omnisend, Esputnik).
• Set up triggers, filters, and splits to improve performance.
• Set up and schedule email campaigns from provided designs and copy
• Use Zapier, Make to automate processes and make workflows smoother.
• Use Clay for personalized outreach and segmentation.

Ideal candidate needs:

• English B2+
• Great if you have experience with email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Omnisend, Esputnik).
• Understanding of triggers, filters, and email logic.
• Familiarity with Zapier, Make, Clay (or similar tools).
• A proactive, self-driven attitude with a desire to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills in English.
