Junior Email Marketing & Automation Specialist

We partner with Google, Meta, Amazon, Shopify, Snapchat, and TikTok.

🎯 What you’ll do

• Build and optimize email automation flows using Klaviyo, Omnisend, and Esputnik
• Set up triggers, filters, and splits to improve campaign performance
• Set up and schedule email campaigns using provided designs and copy
• Use Zapier and Make to automate processes and make workflows more efficient
• Use Clay for personalized outreach and audience segmentation
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Learn and apply email marketing best practices with support from experienced team members
• Work with international clients and projects across different industries

👤 What we’re looking for

• English B2+ — you’ll use English every day
• Strong proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
• Coachability and a genuine desire to learn and develop
• Strong attention to detail
• Clear communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Experience with email marketing tools such as Klaviyo, Omnisend, or Esputnik is a plus, but not required
• Basic understanding of email marketing concepts, automation, triggers, filters, and segmentation is a plus
• Familiarity with Zapier, Make, Clay, or similar tools is a plus
