Опис вакансії

Location: Ukraine, Europe

Hourly rate: $10−15/hr USD (depending on experience)

Hours: Part-time to start (20 hrs/week), potential to grow to full-time

Seniority: Mid-level (2−4 years sourcing/recruiting experience)

Requirements:

Experience sourcing passive candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong written English (will be doing outreach to US-based candidates)
Experience sourcing technical or specialized roles (not just high-volume)
Comfortable with outbound email/LinkedIn outreach
Organized, responsive, can work independently

Nice to have:

Experience sourcing for US companies
Familiarity with recruiting for finance, healthcare, legal, or other
professional verticals
Experience with ATS or sourcing tools beyond LinkedIn
