Project Manager (ERP)

Our client is a leading international IT company operating in 60+ countries across EMEA, with over 30 years of experience in IT distribution, solutions, and digital transformation.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation and rollout of the Odoo ERP system across the Company. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all phases of the Odoo implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timely delivery, and successful user adoption

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of ERP project management experience (Odoo is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle ERP implementations
• Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales processes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Project Management certification is a plus
• Advanced English (additional languages are an advantage)

What you will do:

• Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation (planning, rollout, go-live, post-launch support)
• Define project scope, roadmap, and milestones; ensure on-time and high-quality delivery
• Align Odoo modules (Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement) with business needs
• Act as the main liaison between business teams, IT, and Odoo partners
• Manage integrations, data migration, testing, and risk mitigation
• Drive user adoption through training and change management
