Project: Canadian Healthcare Employment: Full-time, Remote (equipment provided) Duration: Long-term

Work Schedule:

Shift options (Kyiv time):

  • 15:00−23:30 (days off: Saturday & Sunday or Tuesday & Wednesday)
  • 22:30−07:00 (Monday-Friday)

Training (first month):

  • Monday-Friday, 15:30—00:00 (Kyiv time)

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Ukrainian: Upper-Intermediate
  • Strong communication, customer service, and soft skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritisation skills
  • An analytical, critical, and problem-solving mindset
  • Fast learner with close attention to detail
  • High level of professional and corporate ethics

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer and technical support via phone and email
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, email, and web-based application issues
  • Perform in-depth analysis of technical incidents using available tools and resources
  • Create, update, and manage support tickets in the system
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining high service standards
