    Опис вакансії

    EOS Data Analytics is a software company that works in the commercial space niche, with the main office in the USA and development centers in Ukraine (Kiev, Dnipro).

    We are developing a digital online platform for searching, processing, and analyzing large volumes of data retrieved from satellites. Using regular and custom algorithms, the system creates solutions to the challenges in business development and planet preservation. The tools developed by our team provide individual analytical solutions in agriculture, forestry, oil & gas, alternative energy, and other industries.

    EOSDA specialists are also engaged in the projects that help companies minimize the negative impact on the environment, from reducing the amount of waste products in various industries and implementing the sources of renewable energy to reforestation on a massive scale and the optimization of the use of water resources.

    Our key products:

    • EOSDA Crop Monitoring, a satellite-driven online platform for precision agriculture. The service helps agronomists to remotely manage fields, thus saving time, effectively allocating resources, and increasing yields.
    • EOSDA Forest Monitoring, a software for managing forest stands with the help of satellite monitoring. The tool allows its users to lower the risks of deforestation, water stress, forest cover loss, and forest fires.
    • EOSDA LandViewer, an online tool for working with satellite data. It allows for on-the-fly searching, processing, and extracting valuable insights from satellite data to tackle real business challenges.

    Requirements:

    • 2−3+ years in tender/grant management/ business analysis (ESA, Horizon Europe, World Bank, national funds tenders will be a plus.).
    • Proven experience coordinating multi-stakeholder or international bids.
    • Familiarity with pre-sale or business analysis activities (requirements gathering, proposal drafting, cost estimation).
    • Experience in EO, Agriculture, Forestry, Climate, ESG, or related sectors will be an advantage

    Skills:

    • Strong coordination and multitasking abilities (RACI-based responsibility control).
    • Excellent writing and editing skills for technical and business proposals.
    • Financial literacy for pricing, budgeting, and financial justification.
    • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Understanding of EO/Agri/Forestry/Climate/Military domains will be an advantage.
    • Familiarity with ESA/EC portals and proposal formatting standards will be an advantage.

    Education:

    • Degree in Business, Economics, Environmental Science, Remote Sensing, or related field.
    • Tender management/procurement/business analysis certifications will be an advantage.

    Mindset and soft skills:

    • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, proactive, and structured.
    • Comfortable working under pressure with multiple concurrent tenders.
    • Curious about satellite data and its real-world applications.
    • Strong interpersonal and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
    • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Tender management and opportunity coordination Analyze inbound tenders in EO, agriculture, forestry, ESG, climate-tech, critical infrastructure, oil&gas, mining, maritime and defense domains. Conduct go/no-go assessments) using established evaluation criteria. Tender opportunities will be provided by Tender Sales Team Maintain and update the tender opportunity pipeline (deadlines, contacts, statuses, outcomes). Ensure early involvement of key internal stakeholders (R&D, BA, technical, finance, legal).
    • Tender documentation and analysis Review and interpret tender documents to align requirements with EOSDA capabilities. Identify potential risks, compliance constraints, and technical gaps. Draft executive summaries. Ensure proposals comply with all formal and eligibility requirements (ESA, Horizon, national systems, commercial tenders, etc.).
    • Proposal preparation and coordination Lead proposal preparation: structure, writing coordination, content collection, and compilation. Manage inputs from science/ technical teams (solution design, TRL, validation) and from business units (pricing, risk, contracts). Collaborate to formulate solution concepts and deliverables. Work with Finance, CFO, Head of Sales and Head of Product on cost estimation and pricing strategy. Ensure deadlines, completeness, and compliance with submission requirements.
    • Submission, clarifications and contracting Coordinate internal review and approval with management and legal. Ensure timely and correct submission via tender portals/ commercial tender issuer’s platforms. Handle post-submission clarifications and support contract negotiations. Support project handover to delivery teams with complete documentation and clear scope alignment.
    • Commercial requests analysis) Participate in client and partner meetings together with sales or PMs on commercial custom requests (not tenders only). Identify and structure client needs, translating them into clear, actionable requirements. Ensure alignment between client expectations and technical/scientific capabilities. Collaborate with technical and science teams to define scope, specifications, and deliverables. Cost estimation and help with proposal preparation for custom requests. Assist in preparing technical quotes, solution descriptions, and value propositions.
