About the Role

We are an Ireland-based company looking for a professional, reliable, and experienced Remote Receptionist to handle inbound customer calls. This role is customer-facing and requires excellent spoken English and a confident telephone manner.

  • Excellent spoken English, with clear pronunciation and strong comprehension is required.
  • Hours Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm GMT.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, representing the company in a friendly, clear, and professional way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally

  • Provide accurate information and assist customers with general enquiries

  • Route calls or messages to the appropriate team members when required

  • Maintain a polite, calm, and professional tone at all times

  • Log basic call details and follow simple internal procedures

  • Represent the company positively to customers in Ireland and other English-speaking markets

Required Skills & Experience

  • Excellent spoken English, with clear pronunciation and strong comprehension

  • Previous experience dealing with customers in English-speaking markets (Ireland, UK, USA, or Australia)

  • Proven experience in a receptionist, call-handling, customer service, or similar role

  • Confident, friendly, and professional telephone manner

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for calls

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Irish customers or businesses

  • Familiarity with call-handling systems or basic CRM tools

  • Strong listening and communication skills

What We Offer

  • Full-time remote position

  • Fixed working hours with a consistent schedule

  • Monthly salary of 32,000 to 34,000UAH
