About the Role
We are an Ireland-based company looking for a professional, reliable, and experienced Remote Receptionist to handle inbound customer calls. This role is customer-facing and requires excellent spoken English and a confident telephone manner.
- Excellent spoken English, with clear pronunciation and strong comprehension is required.
- Hours Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm GMT.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, representing the company in a friendly, clear, and professional way.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
Provide accurate information and assist customers with general enquiries
Route calls or messages to the appropriate team members when required
Maintain a polite, calm, and professional tone at all times
Log basic call details and follow simple internal procedures
Represent the company positively to customers in Ireland and other English-speaking markets
Required Skills & Experience
Excellent spoken English, with clear pronunciation and strong comprehension
Previous experience dealing with customers in English-speaking markets (Ireland, UK, USA, or Australia)
Proven experience in a receptionist, call-handling, customer service, or similar role
Confident, friendly, and professional telephone manner
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for calls
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Irish customers or businesses
Familiarity with call-handling systems or basic CRM tools
Strong listening and communication skills
What We Offer
Full-time remote position
Fixed working hours with a consistent schedule
Monthly salary of 32,000 to 34,000UAH
