Secretary, Personal Assistant

We provide accommodation services to international students.

Intermediate English and basic computer knowledge are necessary.

• This job can be done mostly remotely.
• For the right candidate with limited English knowledge, an English course for several months will be provided for free.
• We speak limited Russian.

The job involves:

a) daily tasks of sending emails, replying to students by email and company WhatsApp

b) weekly activities of filling out forms, following up on invoices, sending reports, managing our Instagram and Facebook accounts (no advertising — only posting)

c) annual activities of marketing (sending out emails) and attending workshops in Germany, France, Italy, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong, Vancouver, Mexico, Brazil, Poland, Turkey, Spain, Peru. All travel expenses are paid by us.

There is no selling or doing cold calls. / It’s a flexible schedule. Our clients are in several different time zones. You can work anywhere anytime you would like to do so. / Your salary starts at $1,200 USD a month (120 hours of work each month — 25−30 hours per week). Then the salary can grow gradually based on your performance.
