About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with HR functions who will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle and basic HR processes, working as a partner to the business and providing the company with A-class talent in European countries.

This role is for people who work quickly, think results-oriented, use technology, and know how to combine efficiency with humanity.

Your mission

To provide the company with strong teams in Europe by quickly and efficiently filling administrative and operational vacancies using active sourcing, modern tools, and a systematic approach to onboarding.

Main tasks:

  • Filling 10+ vacancies per month in European countries with an average Time to Hire ≤ 20 days — administrative and operational roles;
  • Active sourcing of candidates (LinkedIn, network, AI tools);
  • Building and maintaining a candidate pipeline;
  • Conducting structured competency-based interviews;
  • Organizing onboarding and 1:1 adaptation (1st, 2nd, 3rd month);
  • Partnering with hiring managers and supporting teams with HR issues;
  • Ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Requirements:

  • English language B2+ (spoken);
  • Experience in active sourcing and/or high-volume hiring;
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn (Recruiter / Sales Navigator);
  • Skills in Excel / Google Sheets (recruiting analytics);
  • Practical experience in using AI tools;
  • Strong interviewing skills and business mindset.
