Middle Finance Analyst

We are looking for a Middle Finance Analyst with strong analytical thinking and an IT background (or a genuine interest in automation) who will take ownership of part of our financial processes, bring structure to complex data, and help make our financial operations more transparent, efficient, and scalable.

What we are looking for:

✔ 3+ years of experience in finance, financial analysis, or finance operations.

✔ Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

✔ Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (complex formulas, data structuring, logic building).

✔ Experience working with data from multiple sources and formats (e.g. spreadsheets, CSV, PDF, accounting systems).

✔ Ability to understand, improve, and maintain financial processes end-to-end.

✔ Comfort working in a dynamic environment with evolving processes.

✔ Strong ownership mentality and ability to work independently.

✔ English at a level sufficient for documentation and professional communication.

What you will do:

✔ Prepare and maintain financial reports, including budget reconciliation, cash flow, budgets, and ad-hoc analyses.

✔ Collect, clean, and consolidate data from multiple sources and formats.

✔ Analyze financial performance, costs, variances, and trends.

✔ Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

✔ Take ownership of recurring financial tasks and gradually assume part of the manager’s operational workload.

✔ Identify opportunities to improve, streamline, and automate financial processes.

✔ Build and maintain structured financial models, dashboards, and reporting logic.

✔ Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and transparency across financial reports.

✔ Document financial processes and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation.

✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.

Would be a plus:

✔ Background in IT, data, or technical roles.

✔ Experience with automation tools

✔ Experience in tech companies or international teams.

✔ Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
