Working hours: 16:00 to 01:00 Kyiv time
We offer:
- Starting NET monthly salary from $900.
- Career growth within a US company, annual salary reviews.
- Paid vacation, sick leaves, and US public holidays (22 days in total).
- Payments in national currency are tied to the USD exchange rate.
We Require: Prior experience in driver relations, employee relations, retention, logistics operations, or recruitment support or data analysis is preferred. Experience working in a transportation or trucking environment is a strong advantage.

● Driver Relations & Communication: Ability to build trust with drivers and handle sensitive issues professionally.

● Technical Proficiency: Experience working with CRM systems and internal corporate platforms; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. About the role: The Driver Relations & Retention Specialist acts as a primary point of contact for company drivers, ensuring effective processing of driver requests, coordination of solutions, and proactive relationship management. This role focuses on driver satisfaction, retention, and engagement through cross-functional collaboration, structured feedback collection, and support of retention-focused initiatives. The position requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage sensitive or complex driver-related situations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
Driver Relationship Management
● Act as a driver relationship advisor to ensure optimal handling of driver requests, inquiries, and concerns.
Driver Feedback & Retention Analysis
● Conduct regular surveys and a census of drivers' opinions regarding the workplace environment, policies, and overall satisfaction.
● Analyze feedback to identify key strengths and improvement areas, and propose actionable next steps to management.
Leave, Home-Time & Travel Administration
● Support and administer drivers' leave processes, including vacations and home-time, ensuring timely processing, approvals, and accurate system entries.
Retention Programs & Process Improvement
● Contribute to the development and implementation of driver retention and motivation programs aimed at reducing undesired turnover.
● Support initiatives that improve driver satisfaction, workforce productivity, and recruitment cost optimization.
● Participate in analysis, planning, communication, and project management tasks related to retention within the recruitment function.
Systems & Reporting
● Administer and maintain driver-related processes within designated CRM systems and other corporate platforms in compliance with defined procedures.
