We Require: Prior experience in driver relations or US logistics operations, is required. Experience working in a transportation or trucking environment is a strong advantage.
- Experience in driver relations, employee relations, retention, logistics, recruitment support, or data analysis preferred.
- Experience in US transportation or trucking is a must.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret feedback and retention trends.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
About the Role The Driver Relations & Retention Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for company drivers, helping resolve concerns, improve driver satisfaction, and support retention initiatives. This role works closely with multiple departments to strengthen driver engagement, analyze feedback, and enhance retention programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage driver inquiries, requests, and concerns while maintaining positive driver relationships.
- Conduct driver surveys and gather feedback to assess satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities.
- Analyze retention data and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Administer leave, vacation, and home-time requests, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Support the development and implementation of driver retention and engagement programs.
- Collaborate on initiatives aimed at improving driver satisfaction, productivity, and reducing turnover.
- Maintain driver-related records and processes in CRM and company systems.
- Assist with retention-related reporting, project coordination, and process improvements.
Success in this role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for improving the driver experience.
