Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented SaaS Project Manager with experience in QA Testing and Customer Support to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will not only manage projects but also engage in QA testing with a focus on test automation using Playwright, ensuring the quality and reliability of our SaaS solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills to support our clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing SaaS projects from conception through to delivery, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered within deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and customer support, to facilitate project success.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for manual and automated testing.
• Utilize Playwright for test automation, creating and maintaining automated testing scripts to enhance the quality assurance process.
• Identify, document, and track defects in collaboration with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide outstanding customer support through various channels, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Analyze project performance metrics and implement improvement strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, particularly in a SaaS environment.
• Proven experience in quality assurance testing, preferably with a focus on test automation using Playwright.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Skills:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and test automation frameworks, particularly Playwright.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting as well as part of a team.
• Customer-focused with a strong ability to handle client interactions professionally.
