Recruiter

Gi Group Ukraine is the part of the International HR Holding Gi Group — one of the world leaders in providing recruitment services and HR consulting. We are expanding our activities in Ukraine and looking for Recruiter to join our team.

What will make you successful

• Bachelor degree (sociology, psychology, social science, philology);
• Proven work experience as a recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) or completed recruitment courses;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills;
• Responsibility, result-orientation, stress resistance;
• Learn quick and willing to build career in recruitment sphere;
• Good English (А2+ and higher);

Responsibilities:

• Posting vacancies on job sites, job portals, social networks and other resources;
• Screening CVs, search and selection, testing of candidates;
• Conducting interviews (telephone, skype, f2f, etc.);
• Keeping a candidate base;
• Weekly meeting with clients, updating data, providing feedbacks;
• Maintaining documents (e.g. job offers, statistics);
• Providing analytical and well documented recruiting reports.
