Head of Pastry Production (Relocation to Chisinau)

We are looking for a strong pastry professional who can take ownership of our dessert production and grow it together with us.

We run Amor Amar — a specialty coffee and dessert café — and in 2025 we opened our own production space (120+ m²). Now we need a person who can lead it, organize the team and bring new ideas to life.

This role is perfect for someone who loves éclairs, enjoys working with laminated dough and wants the freedom to create new desserts.

What you will do

• Manage daily pastry production and the production team

• Keep quality and consistency at a high level

• Develop new desserts and seasonal specials (éclairs, croissants, modern pastries)

• Improve processes and help us scale production

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience managing pastry or bakery production

• Has a strong taste and creativity in desserts

• Loves working with choux pastry and laminated dough

• Is ready to relocate to Chisinau
