Today, we are opening a Financial Manager (Planning & Analytics) position — someone who will help us strengthen financial excellence and contribute to improving access to quality education worldwide. 🚀

🔥 What You Will Do

Financial Planning & Reporting

• Lead management reporting and budgeting processes
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts
• Ensure accuracy, transparency, and consistency of financial data across multiple entities
• Prepare regular management reports for leadership

Analytics & BI

• Build and improve BI dashboards for financial and business metrics
• Develop financial models to evaluate performance and growth initiatives
• Work with large datasets using SQL (required)
• Drive automation of reporting and improve financial data infrastructure

Business Partnering

• Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, and other teams
• Ensure relevance and transparency of business metrics reporting
• Clearly explain complex financial topics to non-finance stakeholders

Process Improvement & Projects

• Lead finance-related projects focused on optimization and efficiency
• Improve budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes
• Strengthen data-driven culture across the company

🧠 What We’re Looking For

Required

• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience working in an international environment
• Strong background in management reporting
• Hands-on experience implementing and improving BI reporting tools
• Strong SQL skills (data extraction, transformation, validation)
• Experience building dashboards and financial models
• Fluent English
• High level of ownership and proactivity
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex financial topics
• Experience with multi-entity or international financial reporting

Nice to Have

• Experience at Big4
• Experience leading finance teams
• Background in product, IT, or EdTech companies
• Experience with multi-entity or international financial reporting
