The Role

We are looking for a Prompt Engineer to design, test, and optimize prompts for AI tools used across marketing, content, and internal operations.

This role focuses on instruction design and AI output quality. You will work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to ensure AI-generated content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with business goals.

This is an ideal role for someone who understands how AI models think, enjoys experimentation, and can translate business needs into effective AI instructions Experience scaling AI workflows in a business context

Key Responsibilities

• Design and refine prompts for AI tools (ChatGPT)

• Improve accuracy, structure, and consistency of AI outputs

• Create reusable prompt templates and prompt libraries

• Test and iterate prompts to improve results over time

• Work with internal teams to understand use cases and requirements

• Translate business needs into clear AI instructions

• Document best practices and prompt frameworks

• Support teams in adopting AI tools effectively

What Success Looks Like

After 6 Months:

• Reliable prompt systems in use across teams

• Improved quality and consistency of AI-generated content

• Clear documentation and reusable prompt templates

After 12 Months:

• Scalable AI workflows supporting multiple departments

• Reduced manual workload through effective AI usage

• Ownership of prompt strategy and AI best practices within the company

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

• Have experience working with AI / LLM tools

• Are strong in written communication and structured thinking

• Enjoy testing, analyzing, and improving systems

• Can work independently and document your work clearly

• Are curious about AI capabilities and limitations

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with prompt engineering in production environments

• Background in tech, data, UX writing, or automation

• Basic scripting or technical knowledge
