The Role
We are looking for a full-time Data Annotator in Lviv to join our AI/ML team. This role focuses on high-quality data labeling, validation, and evaluation following detailed guidelines. No programming skills are required, but strong analytical thinking and attention to detail are essential.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with rules, data, and details, prefer structured tasks, and are comfortable with repetitive but intellectually demanding work.
What You’ll Do
Data Annotation & Labeling
- Annotate and label data according to project-specific guidelines
- Review, validate, and correct annotations for quality and consistency
- Identify edge cases and inconsistencies in data
- Follow strict annotation rules and quality standards
Collaboration & Quality
- Collaborate with the data team to resolve ambiguities and improve processes
- Maintain productivity and quality metrics on a full-time basis (35−40 hours per week)
- Adapt to new annotation techniques, tools, and project requirements
What You Bring
Languages: Good English reading comprehension (B1 or higher)
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Accounting and Taxation, Finance, Banking and Insurance, Economics, Systems Analysis, Entrepreneurship, Trade and Exchange Activities, Public Administration and Management, or a related field (preferred)
Technical Skills:
- Basic to intermediate computer skills and software proficiency
- Understanding of data structures and formats
- Basic knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts
Soft Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Clear communication skills for collaborating with the data team
- Ability to follow project guidelines and specifications precisely
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in data annotation, data review, or related fields
- Ability to identify patterns and edge cases in data
- Understanding of computer vision applications
