Junior QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• conduct manual testing;

• write clear and detailed bug reports;
• collaborate with developers, QA team, Customer Success team, and Product Manager;
• develop and support test documentation;
• provide customer support (one-two times per week from 10 am to 11 pm):
  • processing incoming messages from customers — answering questions, clarifying details, helping to resolve issues.
  • informing customers about the status of their requests: timely notifications about the progress of the resolution and the final result.
  • interacting with other departments to transfer information and speed up request processing.

Requirements:

• solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, testing processes;
• familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g. Jira);
• strong attention to detail and analytical mindset;
• excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Will be a plus: familiarity with Postman.

Work experience in a similar position will be an advantage, but isn’t required.
