ALCOR is a growing tech company that offers an all-in-one-place solution for tech product companies to build their software R&D centers from 0 to 100 developers in LATAM and Eastern Europe. Our clients: Grammarly, BigCommerce, Ledger, Sift, People.аi and many others.
We are looking for a Customer Financial Specialist who will help clients with transparent cost calculations.
What tasks await you:
- Preparing detailed financial calculations for clients using Excel and working with data on our online platform
- Calculating salaries, taxes, benefits, working days, vacations, sick leaves, and other employment-related costs for client teams
- Handling clients' requests and providing expert guidance on Excel-based calculations.
- Preparing reports and budgets to help clients make data-driven decisions.
- Tackling challenges and refining processes to keep up with the ever-evolving IT market
- Handling client requests related to financial calculations and explaining numbers in a clear, structured, and professional way
Our ideal candidate:
- Has an analytical mind, is not afraid to work with numbers, a confident user of Excel.
- Customer-oriented, has developed communication skills.
- Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English. How about you?
- Able to learn quickly. This skill is important for us, as there will be a lot of new information.
- Focuses on the result, wants to grow and develop.
