Dispatcher (box truck, hotshot)

We are looking for experienced dispatchers to join our team!

What we expect from you:

• At least 1 year of work experience as a dispatcher with box trucks or hotshots
• Solid understanding of the U.S. freight market
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, stress resistance, and multitasking ability

Your main duties will include:

• Search and book the most profitable loads for drivers
• Plan and organize routes and schedules
• Communicate effectively with drivers, brokers, and customers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
• Provide support to the drivers during their trips
• Handle basic paperwork and documentation
• Maintain and update the company database with all necessary shipment details
