Chief Financial Officer

Company within an International Group is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the Company

We are part of an international group of companies with foreign roots, operating in Ukraine and international markets. The company is in a phase of growth and scaling, with a strong focus on financial transparency, efficient management, and a long-term growth strategy.

Position Overview

The Chief Accountant will be responsible for leading the financial function of the company, ensuring compliance with group standards, and acting as a key interface between local operations and group-level finance, legal, and HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finance and office management team
• Financial reporting, planning, and budgeting
• Investment planning and financial forecasting
• Act as the primary interface to the Group CFO
• Financial approval of customer and supplier contracts
• Financial risk analysis and mitigation
• Insurance management and interaction with governmental authorities
• Interface with the Group Legal function
• Cooperation with HR on payroll and salary handling

Experience & Knowledge Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Strong Ukrainian accounting / CFO background
• Minimum 5 years of experience in complex company financial management
• At least 2 years of experience with international finance management and reporting
• Solid knowledge of IFRS
• Minimum 5 years of executive management experience in a company with 50+ employees
