Опис вакансії

We’re looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join our team during a maternity leave period. This role plays an important part in supporting our people and leaders across a wide range of HR topics — from recruitment and employee relations to talent development and performance processes. This role reports to the HR Manager, Ukraine, and partnering with colleagues across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide day‑to‑day and strategic HR support to our teams.
  • Be a trusted partner for employees and managers on all people‑related questions.
  • Lead recruitment for our Manufacturing and support functions.
  • Coordinate key annual HR cycles — merit, performance reviews, and succession planning — together with leaders and our Talent Partner.
  • Support smooth operational processes: payroll topics, onboarding, offboarding, and other important employee lifecycle events.
  • Ensure all HR and military service documentation meets local legal requirements.
  • Create HR reports, analyses, and presentations to support decision‑making.
  • Lead day‑to‑day benefits operations, including administration, vendor management, and issue resolution.

What You’ll Bring

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of HR experience.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Fluent Ukrainian; English — intermediate.
  • Confident use of MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
