IT Project Manager (Product, Web Projects)

UNILIME Group is looking for a strong, experienced Project Manager (maybe) with a technical background, sharp business thinking, and exceptional communication skills. This role is primarily focused on a product project, with the flexibility to occasionally support other web development projects when capacity allows. We are not looking for a task coordinator. We are looking for a true project owner — someone who understands how software is built, how business processes work, and how to connect clients, teams, and logic into a clear, efficient delivery system.

What you will be responsible for:

• Leading product and web development projects from discovery to delivery
• Communicating directly with clients to elicit, clarify, and structure requirements
• Translating business needs into clear tasks for design, development, and QA teams
• Building and improving project workflows and delivery processes
• Managing scope, timelines, priorities, and risks
• Proactively identifying bottlenecks and solving them before they impact delivery
• Ensuring transparent communication between all stakeholders
• Supporting smooth releases and handovers from development to implementation
• Occasionally contributing to process improvements across other company projects

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT
• Strong technical background and understanding of web/product development processes
• Ability to deeply analyze business logic and system behavior
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Design, Dev, QA)
• Excellent soft skills: communication, ownership, leadership, clarity
• Confident decision-making and problem-solving mindset
• Experience working with international clients
• Ability to structure chaos into clear, manageable workflows
• Advanced English — spoken and written (B2+ / C1)

Will be a strong advantage:

• Experience in product environments
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum/Kanban practices
• Experience with technical documentation and requirement specification
• Background as a developer / QA / BA
