Position: Dispatcher / Operations Manager Company: Scandinavian Cleaning (Los Angeles, CA)

Scandinavian Cleaning, a growing cleaning company based in Los Angeles, is currently looking for a responsible and organized Dispatcher / Manager to join our team. This position is available part-time or full-time and requires working according to Los Angeles (Pacific Time) business hours.

Work Conditions:

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service
  • Coordinate cleaning crews and assign daily jobs
  • Manage and schedule cleaners to ensure timely service
  • Monitor job progress and resolve scheduling issues
  • Assist with documentation, reports, and operational records
  • Support overall daily operations of the company

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and teams efficiently
  • Basic computer skills (email, scheduling tools, documents)
  • English proficiency required (additional languages are a plus)
