Afterhours Support Specialist (U.S. Trucking)

We are looking for a reliable Afterhours Support Specialist to support our dispatch and driver operations outside regular business hours. This role is ideal for someone who understands U.S. trucking realities, can stay calm in urgent situations, and knows how to keep operations running smoothly when things don’t go as planned.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in truck dispatching (USA market);
• Experience working with Dry Vans, Reefers, PO;
• Ability to manage multiple drivers at the same time;
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) — comfortable working with brokers, drivers, and internal teams in different situations;
• Good understanding of HOS rules;
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher;
• You’re organized, stress-resistant, and result-oriented

What will you be responsible for?

• Supporting main dispatchers after hours and on weekends to ensure smooth driver operations;
• Continuous coordination of loads, communication with brokers, drivers, and management;
• Supporting drivers in urgent situations such as accidents, breakdowns, load cancellations, or unexpected issues on the road;
• Finding alternative loads if a booked one gets canceled;
• Building and updating loads in the system;
• Managing and updating internal tables and reports;
• Providing assistance with any additional issues or concerns that may arise for the driver;
• Following company policies and procedures.

We provide full training on how to handle accidents, breakdowns, system load building, and all internal processes — you won’t be left alone with «figure it out yourself.»

Working hours:

Weekend shifts:

Saturday / Sunday — 1st shift: 12:00 AM — 6:00 AM

Saturday / Sunday — 2nd shift: 6:00 AM — 4:00 PM

Saturday / Sunday — 3rd shift: 4:00 PM — 12:00 AM

Afterhours shifts (Mon-Fri):

1st shift:4:00 PM — 12:00 AM

2nd shift: 12:00 AM — 6:00 AM

Salary:

• $50 per shift + 1.5% from booked loads
