About the Role
U Trust Insurance Agency LLC is a growing insurance agency operating across 32+ U.S. states, focused on commercial trucking insurance. We are looking for a business-oriented marketing professional who understands that marketing does not exist in isolation — it directly impacts sales, service delivery, client retention, and overall profitability.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Has worked in a service-provider company
- Understands how sales teams operate
- Thinks in terms of pipeline, conversion, revenue and data
- Can connect marketing activities to measurable business outcomes
You will work closely with leadership and the sales team to drive structured, sustainable growth in the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Commercial Thinking
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with revenue targets
- Work closely with sales to improve lead quality, conversion, and pipeline flow
- Analyze unit economics, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and ROI
- Contribute to broader business discussions beyond marketing
Business & Process Integration
- Understand internal service delivery workflows
- Ensure marketing promises align with operational capacity
- Participate in cross-department planning discussions
- Identify inefficiencies affecting revenue growth
Sales Enablement
- Design campaigns focused on qualified B2B lead generation
- Support sales team with positioning, messaging, and materials
- Identify gaps between marketing and sales processes
Analytics & Performance Management
- Track campaign performance and revenue attribution
- Build structured reporting dashboards
- Manage marketing budget with strong ROI discipline
Market Positioning
- Develop value propositions tailored to business clients
- Oversee content strategy (case studies, thought leadership, sales assets)
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 5+ years of experience in marketing within a service-based company
- Has worked closely with or within a sales team
- Understands B2B dynamics and U.S. market expectations
- Thinks like a business owner, not just a marketer
- Is comfortable discussing revenue targets, margins, and performance metrics
- Has strong analytical and communication skills
- Works effectively in a remote environment
- Experience in insurance, financial services, consulting, outsourcing, or other service industries is a strong advantage.
