Low-Voltage Systems Design Engineer

Our company is seeking an experienced and responsible Low-Voltage Systems Design Engineer capable of independently developing technically sound solutions compliant with applicable regulations and industry standards for residential and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design of low-voltage systems in accordance with the laws and construction standards of the Republic of Latvia;
• Development of technical solutions for residential sector projects (apartment buildings, private houses, residential complexes);
• Design of low-voltage systems for large-scale industrial parks, warehouses, production facilities, and commercial buildings;
• Preparation of full project documentation (drawings, schematics, specifications, technical descriptions);
• Development of system integration solutions;
• Collaboration with architects, structural engineers, other engineering disciplines, and clients;
• Participation in project coordination and author supervision;
• Optimization of technical solutions in terms of cost-efficiency and performance.

Systems to Be Designed:

• Smart home and BMS (Building Management System) solutions;
• Video surveillance systems;
• Telecommunications and data transmission networks;
• Fire detection and alarm systems;
• Access control systems;
• Intrusion alarm and security systems;
• Structured cabling systems;
• Other low-voltage and automation systems.

Requirements:

• Higher education in electrical engineering, telecommunications, or a related field;
• Minimum 3−5 years of experience in low-voltage system design;
• Experience in residential building projects and/or large-scale industrial facilities (industrial parks, warehouses, logistics centers);
• Strong knowledge of Latvian building codes and applicable regulations;
• Ability to independently prepare complete project documentation;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent design software;
• Understanding of system integration and BMS solutions;
• Strong sense of responsibility, precision, and analytical thinking;
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Considered an Advantage:
